We are an NHO owned DevSecOps company

Since 2019, we have brought cybersecurity, cloud adoption & migration, and software architecture & development together to create comprehensive solutions for commercial and government agencies. Although we are a local company based in Honolulu, Hawai’i, we have a national reach with contracts spanning industries such as healthcare, public transportation, insurance, and more.

As a subsidiary of Ke Kumu Ulu, a Native Hawaiian Organization (NHO) non-profit, we are continually re-investing in the communities of Hawai’i through our partnerships with local schools and non-profits.

Gregory provides technical leadership, team mentoring, and customer consultation, with 24+ years of IT leadership and implementation experience. His most recent experience includes executive leadership at Hawaii’s largest bank and health insurance companies.

Haliʻa Hester

Haliʻa provides overall leadership and direction of Ulu HI-Tech within the framework of the Hawaiian culture. She supervises the day to day management of the entire team, with a focus on business development, technology talent recruiting, compliance and back office support.

Russ oversees all aspects of Ulu HI-Tech’s financial planning. With over 46 years of IT consulting and leadership experience, Russ uses his diverse arsenal of skills to guide UHT towards financial success.

Joe leads the Ulu HI-Tech sales team, identifying and nurturing new opportunities with clients and partners across the globe. As a distinguished Army veteran and seasoned federal contractor, Joe is a trusted and respected communications expert with over 30 years of experience.

Emily provides leadership for Ulu HI-Tech’s local clients. Her extensive experience running complex, statewide programs allows her to easily manage multiple programs and clients.
